Temporary work means that you conclude the employment contract with us as a personnel service provider, but you work for the customer. The principle of equality applies, i.e. You are entitled to the essential working conditions, including wages, that apply to a comparable employee in the customer`s company (see §8 AÜG). You can also get information directly from the German employment agency “Agentur für Arbeit” with the ”Information Leaflet for Agency Workers”.
Employees who prove themselves during an assignment in the customer company are often permanently employed in the company after some time. Even if you are looking for a permanent position, AERO can pave the way to some of the top airlines.
As a personnel service provider, we are obliged to pay equal pay in accordance with the principle of equality (see §8 AÜG). This affects not only your salary, but also benefits such as vacation entitlement, vacation and Christmas bonuses. Specific rules applicable to your customer operations will be explained to you personally for your individual case.
Depending on the customer, an assignment lasts up to 4 years. We at AERO have developed a process over many years that ensures the organization of a follow-up assinment at an early stage. We will contact you in good time before the end of the assignment in order to discuss your career goals and our options, and to check and update your application documents.
