As a personnel service provider, we are obliged to pay equal pay in accordance with the principle of equality (see §8 AÜG). This affects not only your salary, but also benefits such as vacation entitlement, vacation and Christmas bonuses. Specific rules applicable to your customer operations will be explained to you personally for your individual case.

Depending on the customer, an assignment lasts up to 4 years. We at AERO have developed a process over many years that ensures the organization of a follow-up assinment at an early stage.
