Processing purposes / legal basis

With this data protection declaration, AERO HighProfessionals GmbH complies, among other things, with European Regulation 2016/679 of April 27, 2016 on the protection of personal data. AERO HighProfessionals GmbH is responsible for processing your personal data. A declaration regarding the processing of your personal data was given to the Hamburg data protection officer.

The personal data collected on this website is used to analyze and optimize the use of this website and for the purpose of establishing an employment relationship (recruiting) for the data subject in accordance with Art. 6 EU GDPR.

AERO HighProfessionals sometimes processes publicly available data, e.g.  Data that is subject to publication requirements, such as the publication of your appointment as managing director of a company, or data that you have published yourself, such as information on your website, or data that is generally known in your area or has appeared in the press.

Purpose of processing

AERO HighProfessionals GmbH, as a personnel service provider, uses the collected personal data only for the following purposes:

IP address (see above): for the purpose of maintaining and improving this website and for including personal data in anonymous statistics, from which the identity of individual persons or companies cannot be determined, on the legal basis of the legitimate interests of AERO HighProfessionals GmbH continuously improving their website and services; Legal basis Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f GDPR.

Name, email address, registration data (and possibly profile picture) (see above) when applying via our website: For the purpose of creating an applicant account that is generated automatically with the application. The access data for this are either automatically sent to you by email, or you can request them at any time at info@aero-hp.com. The legal basis is the fulfillment of a contract requested by you (Art. 6 para. 1 b GDPR).

Application documents (cover letter, curriculum vitae including contact details and, if applicable, including photo, certificates and diplomas, other documents such as work permits, driving licenses, etc.): for the purpose of comparing the application documents with the positions in order to generate an employment relationship (recruiting).

You are not required to disclose your personal information, but you are aware that refusing to process them will render certain services impossible.

Data transmission to third parties

If you have provided us with personal data, we will only use it to answer your inquiries and process your application, to process contracts concluded with you and for technical administration.

Your personal data will only be passed on to third parties or otherwise transmitted if this is necessary for the purpose of contract or application processing – in particular passing on your applicant profile to customers – or if this is necessary for billing purposes or if you have given your prior consent. You have the right to withdraw your consent at any time with future effect.

We transmit your data as part of order processing in accordance with Art. 28 GDPR to service providers who support us in the implementation of the application process and the related processes. Our service providers are strictly bound to us and contractually obliged to do so.

The stored personal data will be deleted if you revoke your consent to the storage, if your knowledge is no longer required to fulfill the purpose of the storage or if its storage is inadmissible for other legal reasons. To withdraw your consent, please send an email to info@aero-hp.com.

AERO HighProfessionals GmbH may not sell, rent, distribute or otherwise make your personal data commercially available to third parties, except as described above or with your prior consent.

Legal requirements:

In exceptional cases, AERO HighProfessionals GmbH may be obliged to disclose your personal data based on a court order or to comply with other mandatory laws or regulations. AERO HighProfessionals GmbH will make reasonable efforts to inform you in advance, unless this is restricted by statutory provisions.

Storage period

Unless otherwise agreed or revoked, data is only stored for as long as it is necessary to fulfill the processing purpose. Saved online applications will be deleted 5 months after the last contact between applicant (f/m/d) and AERO, provided that there is no consent that the application data remain in our talent pool for the purpose of a later job offer for the person concerned and may be used in later selection processes.

We store and process the personal data for a period of time which is necessary for processing in accordance with the above item “Data transmission to third parties” and in accordance with the contractual relationship between AERO HighProfessionals GmbH and you:

IP address (see above): for the duration of your visit to the website;

Name, email address, registration data (and possibly profile picture) (see above) when applying via our website: for the duration of the desired service, i.e. the creation of an employment relationship;

Application documents (cover letter, curriculum vitae including contact details and, if applicable, including photo, certificates and diplomas, other documents such as work permits, driving licenses, etc.), information from telephone calls, salary requirements, mobility, evaluation forms and results of any tests and evaluations, nationalities, dates of birth: for the duration of the desired service, ie the creation of an employment relationship;

Data required for payroll, including the national registration number, name, address, seniority, marital status, bank account details, ID card, family composition, date of birth, social security number or ID card, tax ID, membership certificate from the health insurance company, holiday certificate: for the duration of the employment relationship and above legally permitted retention period.

The aforementioned personal data is recorded in each case in accordance with the special statutory provisions and limitation periods, which oblige us to store your personal data for a longer period of time, for example, in order to avert lawsuits.

Your rights – right to information, correction and deletion et. al.

You have the right to information, correction and deletion at any time in relation to your personal data (Art. 15 -17 EU GDPR). You have the possibility to object to the processing of your data at any time and to request a restriction of the processing of your personal data (Art. 21 EU GDPR). Security note: We endeavor to save your personal data by taking all technical and organizational options so that they are not accessible to third parties. When communicating by email, we cannot guarantee complete data security, so we recommend that you send confidential information by post.

User tracking through Google Analytics
