I am convinced that only as an expert, you have the skills to handle a business really well. The requirements in aviation technology are higher than anywhere else. If you want to successfully advise and support these companies, you have to be involved completely.
What do you offer your customers in particular?
We know the industry from scratch. I myself have been working for many years as a permanent employee at Airbus in different locations. We know the jobs, we know what is required and can therefore quickly assess who is best suited for which position. We speak the same language, which shortens many processes. And we are well versed in all personnel matters that are important in this industry. A special aspect here is our expatriate management. Our customers are global players and appreciate the fact that we can support them anywhere in Europe.
Did this experience make you a top supplier at Airbus?
That is certainly an essential element. It is crucial that we transform our many years of experience into know-how and quality. Recruiting currently works very differently than it did three years ago. We have configured our systems individually to meet the needs of the industry and our customers; so we get very good results very quickly. This is also shown by the fact that we have extremely high takeover rates.
Quality has its price…?
Transparency is the key. Our payroll is 100% traceable for customers and employees and is based on equal pay. Our claim is quality leadership in terms of quality, not in terms of costs.
What is your motto?
Transparency creates trust. And trust is the best basis for good cooperation. We do not require trust, we deserve it. Through openness, reliability and professionalism.
